Commercial / Work Rappel Class (Vertical Rope Access level I)
Commercial / Work Rappelling Class- True Adventure Sports – 14-hour class (Over two days)
This class reviews rappelling basics then teaches advanced rappelling. Learn special rigging, mechanical advantage, ascending and rope walking, alternate rappel devices, changeovers, advanced knots, safety procedures, special gear, and backup belaying. You will also do several rappels and a change over before returning to the store for the rappelling test and knot exam.
Note: This class covers and meets all the safety procedures and protocols of work rappelling. It contains materials custom fit to the needed information and application of practical rappelling skills pertaining to your work environment. This Class covers OSHA Fall Protection Protocols and standard Vertical Rope Access procedures.
Meet at T.A.S. Training Center $290/person.
Note: You will receive a class 2 rappelling certification photo ID card upon request and successful completion of this class and exams for a card processing fee of $35.00.
Note: You must be a valid holder of a level I and II Rappelling Card to qualify to take this class.
